Here’s three amazing events the last week of July in San Francisco, Healdsburg and Los Angeles at stunning venues. Each dinner features notable winemakers and chefs, big bottles and large format feasting. At the center of the event is a silent auction and a keynote speaker’s presentation on solving a problem: who is growing our future farmers?

Each night begins with a reception of wines, Black River Caviar and passed canapés. The keynote speaker presents how agriculture and technology together can support a better food future. A butcher team cooks select cuts of heritage breed pork on hibachi grills as the chefs prepare a four-course bacchanal feast while winemakers pour magnums table-side. Guests bid on silent auction packages filled with cellared wines, gifts from wineries, restaurants and sponsors.
