In 2000 Eric and Lisa Jensen became tired of the excessive lifestyles in Newport Beach California so one day they packed their bags and left. The landing spot was Paso Robles where Eric would plant a vineyard and become a full time farmer. The organic/biodynamic vineyard quickly became a must purchase for high end winemakers. The first years were just farming, and selling the fruit, but all the while learning to make wine from Justin Smith Of Saxum and Stephan Asseo Of L’Aventure Winery. The first release was 2005 and quickly became one of the hottest Rhône brands in the world. Today the Booker team is an industry leader in vineyard and winery research, always striving to deliver better quality to the consumer.
